hey peeps,

i am going to be taking a break from tumblr.  i’m not sure how long. i have been getting a slew of people (who i can only guess are from “social justice” tumblr) telling me to kill myself, making violent threats, sending me my home address they somehow found.  my inbox this morning was graced with pictures of my apartment building. 

i honestly have no words.

You know, Laci, these morons that yammer at you because you said one thing that they didn’t like; this social justice crowd that stands in judgment of you despite your best efforts to make the nuances and contexts of your opinions discernible to them—that’s how you’ve treated me for a long time.

I find it hard to have sympathy for you, since when I was getting threats over something I said, you were on the side of the people threatening me.  

part of the difference is that laci seems way softer than you are, you seem able to take a heck of a pounding, makes her a much easier victim to the vultures.
