another place to post pics of my work on a motorcycle design... difference being, i'm designing for multipower, gas engine to start, steam eventually.

and after weeks of doing other stuff with occasional reblogs about anything -but- steam and motorcycle stuff... big deal, i'll get to it.

Diamonds are weak.

mineralia:

Despite being a 10 on the Mohs hardness scale, diamonds are weak.

Advice to anyone who may propose to me:
Don’t do it with a diamond. How about Tanzanite, Tourmaline, or something uncut, in its more natural state?

(I hope no diamonds were offended by this post)

i’d still have to go for diamond… an industrial, perhaps black, or gray, if it was going to be uncut, but i might ring it with tiny lab gems, rubies.
